Rattlesnake Reservoir is a lake around here, and if you need a place to stay Green River Super 8 Motel is a glorious choice. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are fine; Sinkhole Reservoir is a lake that's in close proximity to Black Dragon Reservoir, and San Rafael River has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby. Holiday Inn Express GREEN RIVER is a good place to get some rest. There's so much to do here       at Black Dragon Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Green River Koa Kampground is a nice place for that. Black Dragon Reservoir is generally a quite waterless place; most of the rain falls during October while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. If you came to camp San Rafael Bridge Campground is a nice spot to do that, and Jackass Flat is a splendid place to check out. High temperatures at Black Dragon Reservoir all                  through the summer are in the 90's with nighttime lows in the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Black Dragon Reservoir drop into the 0's.
