Lakes are pleasant; Joyce Lake is a lake that's close to Beaver Meadow Reservoir, and you can go for a hike on the Smith Morehouse Trail. Through the summertime months at Beaver Meadow Reservoir temperatures are usually in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 40's.
