Bear Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Grass Lake is in the neighborhood, and going for a hike on the Bear River Smiths Fork Trail is always a great adventure. It is very dry here at Bear Lake frequently; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain; January meanwhile is the driest month. Any time is a glorious time at Bear Lake if you have a thing about the outdoors. Bear Lake

| | is not far at all from Evanston, and close by you locate the High Line Trail which is a good hiking trail. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at nearby Sawmill Lake; paddling on Blacks Fork - East Fork is so much fun. These mountains rock, just explore all the enjoyable things to do in the Uinta Mountains. There are nice spots to explore along the Fish Creek National Recreation Trail, and camping is available at China Meadows Campground. | |

Summertime highs at Bear Lake mostly tend to be in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's usually in the 40's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Bear Lake are in
the 0's. You completely must love the Uinta Mountains. The Uinta Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Glide down the rapids of Yellowstone River in a kayak, and camping at Trail Head Campground is always a glorious experience.
