Many people like to go to Baskin Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. The wonderful people of Salt Lake City like to hang out nearby; you can run the rapids of Little Cottonwood Creek. A tour to California National Historic Trail is recommended, and Park Reservoir is a splendid lake close by. Take a hike on the Lake Desolation Trail, and there's whitewater on Big Cottonwood Creek for all you thrill seekers.

| | here at Baskin Reservoir, high temperatures mostly reach the 90's with night lows in the 50's. During the wintertime highs are generally in the 30's while Baskin Reservoir overnight low temperatures all through the winter are in the 10's. Now, you may imagine that's heaps but there's even more exciting things to do here in the Wasatch Range. so many amusing things in one place! The Wasatch Range rules! There are other sites here than Baskin Reservoir, for example Mount Olivet Reservoir; why not take a refreshing hike along the The Sheep Trail.
Baskin Reservoir is
pretty dried up typically; April is the wettest month with most rain, and July is when it's the driest. Yep, outdoors cool things to do are in fact plentiful here at Baskin Reservoir. What would winter be without some skiing at Alta,
and a brilliant place to check out nearby is Battle Gulch. And if that's not enough there's a load more exciting stuff to do in the Wasatch Range. Dry warm beds await you at Chase Suite Hotel Salt Lake City; do put some time aside
to spend at Emigration Tunnel Spring while you're here at Baskin Reservoir.
This lake is so wonderful. So many enjoyable things near Baskin Reservoir, simply inspiring. Red Butte Dam is an interesting thing to check out. There's
so much to do here at Baskin Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Bridger Lake Campground - Wasatch-Cache National Forest is a glorious site for that. This lake is so wonderful. Marriott Salt Lake City University Park
is a great location to get some rest; some of the water close by flows, like Reservoir Fork.
Stay the night at Box Elder Campground - Wasatch-Cache National Forest, and hey, Gotta ski right? Snowbird is a tremendous location to do that. The Wasatch Range scenery is always beautiful.
