Baskin Reservoir is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Near Baskin Reservoir you discover Battle Gulch which is a great spot to pop by; you can go for a hike on the The Sheep Trail. Dry warm beds await you at Marriott Salt Lake City University Park; the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Emigration Tunnel Spring. This is no site for people who don’t like to have a good time. If you're here at Baskin Reservoir and you like golf,

| | you can stop by Mountain Dell Golf Course, and on a pretty day you obtain a delightful panorama of Red Butte from Baskin Reservoir.
This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Chase Suite Hotel Salt Lake City is a brilliant choice, and don't leave Baskin Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Lake Desolation Trail. is Big Cottonwood Creek. While you're here at Baskin Reservoir, you could also explore gorgeous Red Butte Reservoir; Bridger Lake Campground - Wasatch-Cache National Forest is a good campground here.
This lake is so wonderful.
Why not have a look at Red Butte Dam since you're here, and Little Cottonwood Creek is a great whitewater spot close by. Having a glorious time in the Wasatch Range is simple. Hit the slopes at Alta in close proximity, and of course,
all our national parks are good places to take a look at and California National Historic Trail is no exception. Baskin Reservoir is located in the Wasatch Range.
You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff
the Wasatch Range has to offer. Reservoir Fork flows through this vicinity; lots of folks from Salt Lake City come here. That right there is a load already, but it continues; Baskin Reservoir has it all. There's no such thing as a
bad day of skiing at nearby Snowbird; if you came for an overnight stay Box Elder Campground - Wasatch-Cache National Forest is a glorious place to camp. Around Baskin Reservoir you don’t get a lot of rain; the month with most of
the rain is April while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
For the duration of the days of summer highs here at Baskin Reservoir reach the 90's with night lows in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Baskin Reservoir.
