Barney Reservoir is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Calf Creek Campground is a splendid local campground, and going for a hike on the Boulder Mail Trail is always a wonderful adventure. Whohoo, so many fun things in one place! Barney Reservoir rules! Near Barney Reservoir you come across the Hole-in-the-Rock Road which is a perfect hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. Seep Flat is a magnificent place;       you can go for a hike on the Upper Trail. Barney Reservoir gets very little rain; the month with most of the rain is August while June is regularly the driest month. Whitewater paddling is pleasant on Escalante River, and Mano Arch is a glorious site to stop by while in the region. A fine spot to camp here at Barney Reservoir is Mogui Motel Campground, and after a long day outdoors Courtyard By Marriott Page is a brilliant place to spend a night or two.                  Throughout the days of summer highs here at Barney Reservoir reach the 90's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's.
