This                  lake is so wonderful. Boulder Meadows is a fine place to check out, and nearby you come across the Pollywog Lake Trail which is a nice hiking trail. Going for a hike on the Stair Trail is always a tremendous adventure. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Bakeskillet Lake has to offer, you can camp at Sandcreek RV Park. Bakeskillet Lake is pretty dehydrated commonly; August is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is February. At Bakeskillet Lake through the long summer days highs are in the 80's, and the overnight is slightly cooler of course, usually in the 40's.
