Not much rain falls here at Baker Lake; the month with most of the rain is August; February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. The Aquarius Trail offers hiking at its best; almost certainly you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Circle Lake is just a very short distance away. Baker Lake is a wonderful place to camp, Oak Creek Campground is a wonderful place, and there's magnificent hiking along the Pollywog       Lake Trail. Paddling on Fremont River is so much fun; Trail Point is pretty close. Man, is there a lot of enjoyable stuff to do close to Baker Lake. Some nearby water includes Durfey Creek. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Baker Lake has to offer, you can camp at Pleasant Creek Campground. At Baker Lake during the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 40's. The wintertime brings                  highs down to the 30's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Baker Lake. If you need a place to stay Boulder Mountain Lodge is a tremendous choice, and a glorious nearby hotel is Circle Cliffs Motel. This lake is so wonderful.
