Any time is a great time at Baileys Lake if you go for the outdoors. Dry warm beds await you at Ramada Inn Salt Lake City, and if you don’t have a problem getting drenched,       you can always go whitewater paddling on Jordan River. This lake is so wonderful. There are plenty of people from Salt Lake City here at Baileys Lake, and if you need a place to stay Comfort Inn Airport is a nice choice. At Baileys Lake you don’t see much rainfall; most of the rain falls during April while July is regularly the driest month. A great spot for whitewater paddling next to Baileys Lake is Little Cottonwood Creek. The best way to spend a winter day                  is on the slopes of close by Snowbird, and since you're here you can play some golf at Wingpointe Golf Course. California National Historic Trail is a delightful national park. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Baileys Lake has to offer, you can camp at Pony Express RV Resort.
