Association Reservoir is not far at all from Vernal, and swing by Bassett Creek it's a fine location to explore. This lake is one of the great places here in the Uinta Mountains. If you come at the right time of year, Green River offers some great whitewater. These mountains rock, just explore all the entertaining stuff to do in the Uinta Mountains. If you came to camp East       Park Campground is a fine place to do that; if you're here you can take a hike along the Hideout Eagle Basin Trail. Summertime highs at Association Reservoir regularly tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. During the wintertime highs are regularly in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Association Reservoir are in the 0's. It is very waterless here at Association Reservoir regularly; the wettest month of the year is typically                  April, that's the one that rains the most while January is generally the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Aspen Spring is always fun to check out. There's so much to do here at Association Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Red Spring Campground is a tremendous place for that. Take a hike on the Lowline Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Dinosaur Inn. Drift down the rapids of Green River in a kayak, and obviously, this is a delightful vicinity for folks who like lakes, Counting Station Reservoir is a lake close by. If you want a tremendous time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Uinta Mountains. Dutch Charles Draw is a tremendous place to spend some time at; you can have a good hiking adventure along the Little Hole Trail. Any time is a delightful time at Association Reservoir if you love the outdoors. Econo Lodge Downtown is a delightful spot to get some rest.
