Ash Creek Reservoir is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Ash Creek Reservoir is ordinarily a quite dried out place; during the month of March you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is June. If you're interested in hydro structures, you can take a look at Ash Creek Dam, and a brilliant site to camp here at Ash Creek Reservoir is Kolob Canyon Road Terminus Campground.

After a long day outdoors Hurricane Inn Travelodge is a brilliant spot to spend a night or two, and Ash Creek Reservoir is right by the Kolob Arch Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the La Verkin Creek Trail is great fun; since you're here why not go to Deadman Hollow.

This lake is so wonderful. Do pay a visit to Cedar Breaks National Monument since you're here at Ash Creek Reservoir, and do take a hike on the New Harmony Trilhead. A brilliant nearby hotel is Knights Inn Cedar City, and a great
view of scenic Pace Knoll is available. Through the warm months at Ash Creek Reservoir temperatures are regularly in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's with temperatures
at Ash Creek Reservoir dipping down into the 10's through winter nights.
Camping is available at Pine Lake - Dixie National Forest, and hey, Kanarra Creek is a good local stream.
