Allen Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. You don’t have to go far from Allen Lake to catch a glimpse of the water at Lake Atwood Dam, and a great place to camp here at Allen Lake is Riverview Campground. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! Allen Lake is peerless! Go for a hike on the High Line Trail, and you're in all probability into lakes, Allred Lake is one of those nearby. All through the days of summer highs here at Allen Lake

| | get into the 80's, and the night is fairly cooler of course, frequently in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Allen Lake.
So much cool stuff to do in the Uinta Mountains, not sufficient time. Camping at Swift Creek Campground is always a perfect experience. It is very dried up here at Allen Lake frequently; September is the month that gets the most rain while March is usually the driest month. This | |

Allen
Lake is a beautiful lake in the Uinta Mountains. Get your pulse rate up on the fine whitewater of Lake Fork, and at Allen Lake you can make out Mount Emmons. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Yellowstone River for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and close by you locate the Shale Dugway which is a wonderful hiking trail.
