Allen Lake

The 2-mile-long Swift Creek to Reservoir section is a grade II section of whitewater on Yellowstone River. If by chance you crave getting soaked, this segment of Yellowstone River is possibly not for you. Unsurprisingly, paddling is enjoyable but dangerous; check current conditions before you go. Allen Lake is a beautiful lake in the Uinta Mountains.
This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Allen Lake, you'll come across Beaver Lake which is a wonderful
lake. At Allen Lake you always meet someone from Evanston, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can pop by Lake Atwood Dam. Stay the night at Swift Creek, and going to Ashley National Forest is a good thing to do.
