If you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Brushy Creek, and if you came for an overnight stay Z's Clubhouse is a great site to camp. You could also have a look at Smith Lake if you're here at Walsh Lake; it's close by, and why not have a look at Walsh Lake Dam since you're       here. The amount of rainfall that falls at Walsh Lake is close to the national average; most of the rain falls through May while December is ordinarily the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Creek Trail is splendid fun, and unsurprisingly Dry Fork Creek flows through this area. Have a splendid hiking adventure along the Hill Trail.
