Summertime highs at Voss Lake usually tend to be in the 90's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 70's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 50's; during the dark hours in the wintertime at Voss Lake temperatures drop to the 30's. Yep, outdoors exciting stuff to do are really bountiful here at Voss Lake. Camping at The Oaks RV Park is always a tremendous experience; Comfort Inn Bastrop       is a splendid spot to get some rest. In the event that you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Onion Creek, and there's good hiking along the Wildflower Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is perfect on Colorado River, and pleasant hiking is available along the Northern Loop Trail. Camping is available at Oaks Rv Park, and you can go for a hike on the Southern Loop Trail. At Voss Lake you always meet someone                  from Austin-Round Rock, also Voss Lake Dam is worth a visit since you're here. Voss Lake gets a normal amount of yearly rainfall; throughout May this area sees the most rain; January meanwhile is the driest month.
