Get dripping wet paddling on Denton Creek, and if you're visiting from Dallas -Fort Worth-Arlington, you won't be the only one. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff at Unicorn Lake. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Unicorn Lake has to offer, you can camp at Post Oak Place, and don't leave Unicorn Lake without first going for a hike along the       North Lakes Park Trail. During the warm months here at Unicorn Lake, high temperatures ordinarily get into the 90's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 70's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 50's, and nighttime lows in the 30's for Unicorn Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Unicorn Lake is a perfect place to camp, Silver Dome Mobile Park is a perfect place. There are other places here than Unicorn Lake, for                  example Galbraith Lake, and a golf course nearby is Texas Woman's University Golf Course. If you need a place to stay Exel Inn Of Denton is a fine choice; going for a hike on the South Lakes Park Trail is always a delightful adventure. Dry warm beds await you at Courtyard Denton, and you can go for a hike on the Pilot Knoll Trail. Unicorn Lake is a good place of common rainfall; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is January.
