Underwood Lake is a good place of common rainfall; most of the rain falls all through May, and the driest month of the year is January. An exciting thing to go to in the vicinity of Underwood Lake is Underwood Lake Dam; you can stay the night at Lewisville Mobile Home Park. This lake is so wonderful. Float down the rapids of White Rock Creek in a kayak; dry warm beds await you at Rodeway       Inn Carrollton. There are other locations here than Underwood Lake, for example Colonial House Lake, and enjoy a round of golf at Carrollton City of Indian Creek Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. Underwood Lake is a good location to visit for more than one day, Sandy Lake RV Park is a good location to camp nearby, and there's pleasant hiking along the Elm Fork Nature Preserve Trail. Summertime at Underwood Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 90's.                  During the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 70's. Highs through the winter are frequently in the 50's, and overnight lows at Underwood Lake during the wintertime typically sink into the 30's. And if that's not enough, there's a lot more to do right next door to Underwood Lake. Paddling on Furneaux Creek is so much fun, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Underwood Lake; Arbor Hills Nature Preserve Trail is a great local trail.
