Good hiking is available along the Pecan Grove Trail, and Santa Monica Springs is an inspiring place to stop by during your stay. So much amusing stuff right next door to Lake Travis, truly incredible. You'll meet a lot of folks from Austin-Round Rock here. Having a fine time at Lake Travis is uncomplicated. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course       like Falconhead Golf Club; after a long day outdoors Vintage Villas is a pleasant spot to spend a night or two. Arrowhead Point is rather near Lake Travis, and Lake Travis is a wonderful place to visit for more than one day, Lake Travis Inn and RV Park is a wonderful place to camp nearby. Lake Travis gets a typical amount of yearly rainfall; the month with most of the rain is May while December is ordinarily the driest month. Bear Creek is one of the streams                  close by that might be worth going to; Apache Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to. A good spot in close proximity to Lake Travis is Defeat Hollow, and dry warm beds await you at The Crossings. For the period of the summertime here at Lake Travis, high temperatures mostly get into the 90's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 70's. Highs all through the wintertime are regularly in the 50's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Lake Travis temperatures sink to the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Arkansas Bend Trail; get yourself into a kayak and hit Barton Creek. Do go to Mansfield Dam if you're here at Lake Travis, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Travis; Waterfall Trail is a magnificent local trail.
