You could also pop by Thalmann Lake while you're here at Thallman Lake; it's close by; Thallman Lake is close to English Hollow which is positively worth taking a look at. Any time is a splendid time at Thallman Lake if you go for the outdoors. While you're here at Thallman Lake you can take a hike along the Hill Country State Natural Area Trail; why not stop at Thalmann Lake Dam since you're here. Comfort Inn Kerrville is       a pleasant place to get some rest, and get soaked paddling on Medina River. This lake is so wonderful. A nice place to camp here at Thallman Lake is Skyline Ranch RV Park, and there are plenty of folks from Kerrville here. Some nearby water includes Spires Creek, and Thallman Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Twin Elm Guest Ranch is a nice local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Throughout the summertime months at Thallman Lake temperatures are regularly in the 90's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 50's while Thallman Lake overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the 20's. The amount of precipitation that falls at Thallman Lake is close to the national average; during the month of May you get the most rain around here while December is regularly the driest month.
