If you came for an overnight stay Davis Mountains State Park is a good place to camp; a picturesque lake like T and P Lake is a glorious place to go to. Here at T and P Lake there are plenty of folks from Pecos. Throughout the warm months highs here at T and P Lake get into the 80's; the night is somewhat chillier of course, commonly in the 50's. The wintertime brings       highs down to the 50's with temperatures at T and P Lake dipping down into the 30's throughout winter nights. T and P Lake is a location that is relatively dried up ordinarily; August is when you get the most rain here while March is ordinarily the driest month. The summit of Big Aguja Mountain can be distinguished from T and P Lake, and why not camp at Overland Trail Campground while you're here at T and P Lake. There is a wonderful hiking trail near T and                  P Lake called the Davis Mountains State Park Trail, and do check out Blue Hole, it's a striking lake. The Tall Grassland Trail is a great hiking trail in the neighborhood of T and P Lake, and do stop at T and P Railroad Lake Dam since you're here. This place, T and P Lake, it just has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff.
