If you love the outdoors, you'll have a thing about T P and L Lake. For you golfers we recommend close by Stewart Peninsula Golf Course, and the scenery at T P and L Dam is pretty. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Frisco, Tx, and there's whitewater on Furneaux Creek for all you adrenaline junkies. Summer at T P and L Lake comes with high temperatures in       the 90's. During the moonlight hours it's generally in the 70's. All through the winter highs are generally in the 50's, and night lows in the 20's for T P and L Lake. Thousand Trails LP is a fine local campground, and after a long day outdoors Comfort Suites Frisco is a good spot to spend a night or two. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Bob Woodruff Trail. If you get bored of T P and L Lake, you could also have a look at nearby Caldwell Lake, and                  you can run the rapids of Spring Creek River. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Hall's RV Park is a magnificent place to camp, and it's a great idea to have a look at Parvin Branch. The amount of rain that falls at T P and L Lake is close to the national average; most of the rain falls all through May, and the driest month is December. T P and L Lake is not the only spot close by, Vial Lake is a close by lake, and the Arbor Hills Nature Preserve Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. This is a popular place for folks from Dallas -Fort Worth-Arlington, and T P and L Lake is right by the Elm Fork Nature Preserve Trail.   Comfort Suites Frisco, Frisco 3 miles away Close to all Frisco has to offer.
