Throughout the months of summer at T P Lake temperatures are typically in the 90's. During       the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 70's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's with temperatures at T P Lake dipping down into the 20's all through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. T P Lake is a good spot to visit for more than one day, Fox Hollow Camp is a good spot to camp nearby, and hiking along the Possum Kingdom State Park Trail is delightful fun. T P Lake gets a normal amount of rain; through the month of May you                  get the most rain around here, and December is the month with the least moisture.
