High temperatures at Stewart Lake during the months of summer are in the 90's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 70's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 50's with temperatures at Stewart Lake dipping down into the 30's all through winter nights. Not far from Stewart       Lake, you'll hit upon Carr Lake which is a striking lake, and Lazy G RV Park is a perfect campground nearby. Stewart Lake gets a normal amount of rain; most of the rain falls through September, and the driest of the months is July. Big Slough is a swamp close to Stewart Lake, and Carr Lake Dam is a delightful location. While you're here at Stewart Lake you will meet lots of people from nearby College Station-Bryan.
