    Stanley Lake is a lake worth visiting. Summertime highs at Stanley Lake regularly tend to be in the 90's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 70's. The winter brings highs down to the 60's, and overnight lows at Stanley Lake all through the wintertime commonly fall into the 30's. Going for a hike along the Stubblefield Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and the scenery at Lake Lorraine Dam is striking. This lake is  
   so wonderful. Stanley Lake is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Bridgecove Marina and Campground is a wonderful local campground, needless to say you could also take a look at Lake Lorraine while you're here; it's not far at all.
While you're here at Stanley Lake you can take a hike along the Red Loop I; a lake nearby is Fling Pond. Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel Montgomery, and camping at Havens Landing RV Resort is always a good
 
               experience. On a good day at Stanley Lake you can take a hike along the Sweetleaf Nature Trail.
Stanley Lake commonly gets a great deal of rain; May is the wettest month with most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. But wait, there's more to do near Stanley Lake. Martin Creek is a stunning stream that is worth taking a look at, and after a long day outdoors La Torretta Del Lago Resort and Spa is a great place to spend a night or two.
