At Sproul Reservoir through the summer months highs are in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. During the wintertime highs are frequently in the 50's, and nighttime lows at Sproul Reservoir all through the wintertime typically drop into the 30's. So much entertaining stuff to do in the Davis Mountains, not enough       time. While staying at Sproul Reservoir you could always explore Hospital Canyon, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Sproul Reservoir; Davis Mountains State Park Trail is a great local trail. There's no way someone can get bored here in the Davis Mountains. T and P Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by, and if you're here, you could also take a look at lovely T and P Lake. Sproul Reservoir gets very little precipitation; throughout the month                  of August you get the most rain around here, and March meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is one of the great places here in the Davis Mountains. MacMillen in the Highlands RV Resort is a magnificent local campground; why not take a refreshing hike along the Davis Mountains Preserve Trail System. This lake is so wonderful. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Sproul Reservoir. Why not camp at Davis Mountains State Park if you're here at Sproul Reservoir; why not take a look at nearby Chihuahua Creek since you're here at Sproul Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful.
