Texas has many beautiful lakes and Sproul Reservoir is one of them. Whohoo, so much exciting stuff in one place! The Davis Mountains is great! Take a hike on the Davis Mountains Preserve Trail System, and Scobee Mountain is lovely and can be seen from here. There's so much to do here at Sproul Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Davis Mountains State Park is a glorious place for that; do put some time aside to spend at Fort Davis Spring if you're

| | here at Sproul Reservoir. Summertime highs at Sproul Reservoir regularly tend to be in the 80's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are frequently in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Sproul Reservoir are in the 30's. Sproul Reservoir is located in the Davis Mountains. Canyon is a great site to stop by nearby, and if you need a place to stay Ramada Limited is a splendid choice. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the Davis Mountains has to offer. T and P Lake is a magnificent
lake in close proximity to Sproul Reservoir; the Tall Grassland Trail offers hiking at its best. Around Sproul Reservoir you don’t get a lot of rainfall; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain while March is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful.
