If you need a place to stay Days Inn and Suites Huntsville is a great choice, and there is a perfect hiking trail nearby called the Stubblefield Lake Trail. On a tremendous day at Spring Lake you can take a hike along the Huntsville State Park Trail; dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel Huntsville Texas. Lochness Marina & Rv Park is a good campground nearby, and the scenery at Spring       Lake Dam is charming. What a location this is for outdoors people. Raven Nest Golf Club is a golf course near Spring Lake, and Spring Lake is not the only location nearby, Club Lake is a nearby lake. At Spring Lake during the summer highs are in the 90's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 70's. Highs through the wintertime are mostly in the 60's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Spring Lake dip into the 30's. This                  lake is so wonderful. Camp Coyote is a good local campground, and if you've had enough of Spring Lake, Azalea Lake is close by. The fine folks of Huntsville like to hang out nearby, and going for a hike on the Green Loop Trail is always a perfect adventure.
