Spring Lake is a tremendous spot to visit for more than one day, I-35 RV Park is a tremendous spot to camp nearby, and Spring Lake is not the only location nearby, Browns Lake is a nearby lake. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Spring Lake. During the moonlight       hours it's typically in the 70's. The winter comes with highs in the 50's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Spring Lake dip into the 30's. Spring Lake is a good spot of normal precipitation; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain while January is frequently the driest month. Yeah, come here to Spring Lake for a wonderful time. If you come at the right time of year, Hog Creek offers some brilliant whitewater,                  and you'll meet a lot of people from Waco here. There's great hiking along the Cameron Park Hike and Bike Trail. Getting to White Rock Creek from Spring Lake is painless; golf can be played at James Connally Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful.
