From a precipitation point of view Segler Lake is a reasonably common site; May is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month of the year is January. While you're here at Segler Lake you can take a hike along the Lockhart State Park Trail; you can stay the night at Leisure Camp and RV Park. Dry warm beds await you at Lockhart Inn, and the Homestead Trail is a splendid hiking trail close by. This lake is so wonderful.       During the months of summer at Segler Lake temperatures are mostly in the 90's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 70's. Throughout the wintertime highs are typically in the 50's; winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Segler Lake.
