Sarles Lake beyond doubt is in the middle of a picturesque outdoors paradise. Sarles Lake is a location with many visitors from Gainesville, and the Elm Fork Greenbelt Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. Summer at Sarles Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 90's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 70's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 50's with winter lows in the       20's overnight here at Sarles Lake. Why not camp at David's RV Trailer Park if you're here at Sarles Lake, and the scenery at Sarles Lake Dam is picturesque. This lake is so wonderful. Lone Oak Recreational Vehicle Park is a splendid local campground, and there's nice hiking along the Jordon Park Trail. Sarles Lake gets a typical amount of annual rain; most of the rain falls throughout May; the driest of the months is January.
