During the warm days of summer highs here at Sapo Lake reach the 90's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 70's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 60's with temperatures at Sapo Lake dipping down into the 40's during winter nights. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing things at Sapo Lake. Going for a hike along       the Lower Rio Grande Valley National Wildlife Refuge Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. Best Western Edinburg Inn & Suites is a delightful spot to get some rest, and you're sure to encounter some wonderful folks from McAllen-Edinburg-Pharr here.
