Yeah, come here to Salt Lake for a brilliant time. Going for a hike along the Sea Rim State Park Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area; don't forget to take a delightful little tour to Salt Bayou. All the water falling down from the sky makes Salt Lake a wet location; through the month of September you get the most rain       around here, and March is when it's the driest. The warmest time of the year at Salt Lake comes with high temperatures in the 90's. Through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 70's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 60's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Salt Lake temperatures sink to the 40's. If you need a place to stay Days Inn and Suites Port Arthur is a good choice. Lakes? Sure, Fence Lake is close at hand. A great site to camp                  here at Salt Lake is Lazy L Campgrounds, and on a lovely day you can visit MacFadden Beach. This lake is so wonderful.
