So many fun things to do here at Roach Lake, too perfect to be true. Dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Junction, and you'll discover a pretty lake called Moody Lake. If you come at the right time of year, Llano River - Johnson Fork offers some wonderful whitewater, and the Walter Buck Wildlife       Management Area Trail offers hiking at its best. For the period of the summertime here at Roach Lake, high temperatures mostly reach the 90's while nighttime lows are ordinarily in the 60's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 60's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Roach Lake. Joy Creek is near Roach Lake and is always a delight to take a look at, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we                  recommend Llano River. Roach Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Lakeview Lazy Daze RV Park is a splendid local campground; not far from Roach Lake you acquire some brilliant water scenery at Moody Lake Dam. This lake is so wonderful. Do pop by Lake Junction close to Roach Lake, it's a wonderful lake; during your trip here you'll meet some folks from Kerrville for sure. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Rodeway Inn Junction is a wonderful choice It's always delightful to go to East Spring. Roach Lake is pretty dried out ordinarily; during May this area sees the most rain, and January is when it's the driest.
