The amount of precipitation that falls at Reservoir Number Three is close to the national average; May is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month                  is January. This lake is so wonderful. Get your pulse rate up on the great whitewater of Colorado River, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Cedar Point Recreation Area Trail. Indian Bluff is a perfect place to check out while in the area, and hiking along the Colorado Bend State Park Trail is nice fun. At Reservoir Number Three through the summer months highs are in the 90's; the nighttime is a tad colder of course, commonly in the 60's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 50's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Reservoir Number Three temperatures plunge to the 20's.
