Yep, outdoors amusing things to do are in fact plentiful here at Refinery Lake. Do stop at Comanche Lake right next door to Refinery Lake, it's a scenic lake, and this is a popular spot for folks from Big Spring. During the summer months here at Refinery Lake, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 90's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 70's. The wintertime       comes with highs in the 50's, and night lows in the 20's for Refinery Lake. Comanche Trail Municipal Golf Course is a tremendous golf course nearby, and dry warm beds await you at Quality Inn Big Spring. You'll come across a scenic lake called Cosden Lake near Refinery Lake, and if you need a place to stay Scottish Inns - Big Spring is a good choice. This lake is so wonderful. Big Sandy Draw is next to Refinery Lake and is undeniably a wonderful place to pop                  by; if you came for an overnight stay Big State Parkring is a nice spot to camp. Camping is available at Suburban East Mobile Park, and Refinery Dam is a place that is in the neighborhood of Refinery Lake.
