Red Bud Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Middle Bosque River, and there are nice spots to look at along the Cameron Park Hike and Bike Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Red Bud Lake is great fun, Lone Star Motel is a great local campground, and dry warm beds await you at Sleep Inn & Suites.
