The beauty of Quisenberry Lake is reason enough to stop by. If you need a location to stay Sheraton Stonebriar Hotel is a delightful choice, and Willow Bend Lake Number 2 is a nearby lake that you could check out. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Quisenberry Lake; Elm Fork Nature Preserve Trail is a glorious local trail, and brilliant water scenery is available at Quisenberry Lake Dam right next door to Quisenberry Lake. | | Woodruff Trail offers hiking at its best; a wonderful nearby hotel is The Westin Stonebriar Resort. There's splendid hiking along the Arbor Hills Nature Preserve Trail, and playing golf is lots of fun at Plantation Golf Club. And if that's not enough, there's a lot more to do close to Quisenberry Lake. Paddling on White Rock Creek is so much fun, and if you're here, you could also pop by lovely Shiff Lake. Lake get into the 90's, and through the night it cools down to the 70's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Quisenberry Lake are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful.
There's so much to do here at Quisenberry Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Willow Bend Learning Center is a brilliant place for that, and Furneaux Creek has a good whitewater paddling spot close by. You'll need more than
a day to explore everything Quisenberry Lake has to offer, you can camp at Thousand Trails LP, and if you're popping by from Dallas -Fort Worth-Arlington, you won't be the only one. Quisenberry Lake gets a typical amount of annual precipitation; the month with most of the rain is May, and the driest of the months is January.
