This lake is so wonderful. There are some nice whitewater spots on Hondo Creek, and you can stay the night at Hondo Catfish Lake and RV Park. At Primos Lake during the long summer days highs are in the 90's with nighttime lows in the 70's. During the winter highs are in the 60's while the cold winter       nights at Primos Lake are in the 30's. Having a great time at Primos Lake is uncomplicated. Americas Best Value Inn is a pleasant site to get some rest, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Uvalde here. The amount of rainfall that falls at Primos Lake is close to the national average; through the month of May you get the most rain around here; January on the other hand is the driest. After a long day outdoors Best Western Hondo Inn is a nice spot to spend a                  night or two. There's so much to do here at Primos Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Countryside Mobile Home and RV is a great site for that.
