The yearly rainfall here at Preston Lake is about average; the month with most of the rain is May, and the driest month of the year is January. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Ramada Limited Wichita Falls is a tremendous choice, and camping at Burkburnett Koa Kampground       is always a good experience. During the summer at Preston Lake temperatures are regularly in the 90's, and during the night it cools down to the 70's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 50's while Preston Lake overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 20's.
