There's so much to do here at Poole Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Buckhorn Lake Resort is a perfect place for that, and a brilliant place to stop by close by is Bear Hollow. This lake is so wonderful. There is a magnificent hiking trail in the vicinity of Poole Lake called the Lady Bird Johnson Park Trail. While you're here at Poole Lake, you could also explore beautiful Tierra Linda       Lower Reservoir; Poole Lake is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Kerr Villa RV and Mobile Home is a wonderful local campground. Summertime at Poole Lake comes with high temperatures in the 90's with nighttime lows in the 60's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Poole Lake are in the 30's. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors fun stuff the area in the vicinity of Poole Lake                  has to offer.
