At Pine Island Pond during the warmest time of the year highs are in the 90's; the overnight is slightly cooler of course, regularly in the 60's. Highs through the winter are ordinarily in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Pine Island Pond. Crip's Camp is a pleasant campground here, and swamps like Carters Chute near Pine Island Pond make for brilliant sites to visit. That right there is plenty       already, but it goes on; Pine Island Pond has it all. If you need a location to stay Jefferson Hotel is a nice choice. Pine Island Pond commonly gets a good deal of rainfall; May is when you get the most rain here while August is ordinarily the driest month. Don't leave Pine Island Pond without first checking out Annie Glade Bluff, and there are good places to discover along the Caddo Lake State Park Trail. Dry warm beds await you at Uncertain Inn, and                  lots of people from Marshall come here. This lake is so wonderful.
