Texas has many beautiful lakes and Pierce Lake is one of them. Don't leave Pierce Lake without first going for a hike along the Old Hancock Trail, and why not a little side tour to Carpers Creek. offer, you can camp at Sleepy Hollow RV Park. High temperatures at Pierce Lake through the warm months are in the 90's while overnight lows are usually in the 60's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 50's; nighttime
lows all through the winter for Pierce Lake tend to be in the 30's. There's fine hiking along the Guadalupe Park Trail; get covered with water paddling on Blanco River. A delightful close by hotel is Bunkhaus & RV Park, and the Prospect Park Trail offers hiking at its best.
