The annual rainfall here at Old City Lake is about average; the month with most of the rain is May, and January on the other hand is the driest. An interesting thing to check out near Old City Lake is Old City Lake Dam, and Old City Lake is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Oak Cove Marina and Campground is a delightful local campground. Whohoo, so much exciting stuff in one place! Old City Lake is so good!       After a long day outdoors Quality Inn Ennis is a brilliant site to spend a night or two. There's so much to do here at Old City Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Knollridge Mobile Home Park is a pleasant location for that. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Old City Lake you can take a hike along the Tonkawa Trail, and while you're here and you like golf, you can stop by Eagle Rock Golf Club. This is a popular spot for folks from Corsicana;                  you'll hit upon a picturesque lake called Old Lake. This lake is so wonderful. New Lake is not far from Old City Lake at all. Going for a hike along the Waxahachie Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and since you're here, you could also have a look at beautiful Lake Clark.
