This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Old City Lake; Waxahachie Trail is a great local trail. Old City Lake is a great location to visit for more than one day, Oak Cove Marina and Campground is a great location to camp nearby, and you don’t have to go far from Old City Lake to distinguish the water       at Old City Lake Dam. For the duration of the summer months, highs ordinarily are in the 90's at Old City Lake. All through the moonlight hours it's usually in the 70's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Old City Lake are in the 30's. Just can't get enough of Old City Lake. Knollridge Mobile Home Park is a brilliant local campground, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Eagle Rock                  Golf Club is in the vicinity. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Tonkawa Trail; you'll most likely meet some folks from Corsicana here. This lake is so wonderful. Do stop by Lake Clark near Old City Lake, it's a wonderful lake, and if you need a place to stay Quality Inn Ennis is a splendid choice. Do schedule some time to take a look at New Lake near Old City Lake if you have a chance, and Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites ENNIS is a glorious place to get some rest.
