At Mountain Creek Lake you always meet someone from Dallas -Fort Worth-Arlington. There's so much to do here at Mountain Creek Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Cedar Hollow RV Trailer Park is a tremendous location for that. What a place this is for outdoors folks. Playing golf is lots of fun at Sunset Golf Club, and you can stay the night at Loyd Park at Joe Pool Lake. Mountain Creek Lake gets a typical amount of precipitation; most of the rain

| | falls throughout May, and January meanwhile is the driest month. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Johnson Creek, unsurprisingly you could also go to Spring Lake since you're here; it's not far at all.

Take a little visit to O'Guinn Creek since you're here at Mountain
Creek Lake, and a lake close by is Bluebonnet Lakes. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites DALLAS WEST is a pleasant place to spend a night or two; there is a nice hiking trail nearby
called the Trinity Creek Mountain Creek Preserve Trail. During the summer months at Mountain Creek Lake highs are regularly in the 90's. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 70's. The winter comes with highs in the 50's with temperatures at Mountain Creek Lake dipping down into the 20's during winter nights.
