Monticello Dam is a spot that is near Monticello Reservoir, and dry warm beds await you at Mount Pleasant-Days Inn. Going for a hike on the Lake Bob Sandlin State Park Trail is always a nice adventure; if you came for an overnight stay Lake Country RV Park is a nice location to camp. Lake Bob Sandlin is a nearby lake that you could stop by, and a round of golf at nearby Shadow Lakes                  Golf Course is a magnificent way to kill some time. Lake Bob Sandlin State Park is a good local campground, and if you need a spot to stay Comfort Inn Mt. Pleasant is a great choice. This lake is so wonderful. Do have a look at Lake Monticello in close proximity to Monticello Reservoir, it's a picturesque lake, and swing by Blundell Creek it's a wonderful site to check out.
