Why not stop by Montague Lake if you're passing through these parts. Kindla Spring is always fun to check out, and dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Kerrville. This lake is so wonderful. There's some interesting stuff to see at Montague Lake Dam near Montague Lake, and if you need a place to stay Inn of the Hills Resort and Conference Center is a pleasant choice.

There's so much to do here at Montague Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Twin Elm Guest Ranch is a glorious place for that, and you can have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Hill Country State Natural Area Trail.

90's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 60's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 50's with temperatures at Montague Lake dipping down into the 20's throughout winter
nights. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Verde Creek, and Montague Lake is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Running R Guest Ranch is a brilliant local campground. A normal amount of precipitation
falls here at Montague Lake; May is when you get the most rain here; December meanwhile is the driest month.
What a place this is for outdoors people. Lakes are such calm spots, why not visit Thalmann Lake close to Montague Lake, and while you're here, you might as well have a look at English Hollow.
