Meadow Pond is not far at all from Sherman-Denison. There's so much to do here at Meadow Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Sunshine Farms RV Park is a perfect place for that. Hampton Inn Sherman is a brilliant location to get some rest; why not take a refreshing hike along the Herman Baker Park Trail. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Meadow Pond has to offer, you can camp       at Cedar Mills Marina and Resort; a quick spree to Deaver Creek is positively a delightful idea. From a rainfall point of view Meadow Pond is a reasonably common place; during May this area sees the most rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. While you're here at Meadow Pond, you could also explore scenic Taylor Pond, and a tremendous nearby hotel is Tanglewood Resort. Through the warm days of summer at Meadow Pond temperatures                  are commonly in the 90's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 70's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 50's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Meadow Pond drop into the 20's.
