Camping at Rainbow RV Park is always a good experience, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Possum Kingdom State Park Trail. You simply have to pop by Dalton Bend while you're here at McMurrey Lake; you get a magnificent panorama of Kyle Mountain from here. This lake is so wonderful. There's always McMurrey Lake Dam to pop by in the neighborhood of McMurrey Lake, and if you came to camp Worth Ranch is a       fine location to do that. A nice nearby hotel is The Cliffs Resort, and do have a look at Costello Lake, it's a charming lake. Now, you may feel that's plenty but there's even more fun stuff to do here at McMurrey Lake. If you're here at McMurrey Lake, you could go to Dark Valley Creek, and Possum Kingdom Lake is a nearby lake that you could check out. For the duration of the warm months here at McMurrey Lake, high temperatures frequently reach the 90's. When                  the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 70's. Through the winter the highs are commonly in the 50's with temperatures at McMurrey Lake dipping down into the 20's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Lake Mineral Wells State Park and Trailway.
