Western Inn is a nice place to get some rest, and McCoy Lake Dam is a striking place. A magnificent spot to camp here at McCoy Lake is Ole Town Cotton Gin RV Park, and a lake close by is City Crowell Lake. Around McCoy Lake you don’t get a lot of precipitation; throughout the month of September you get the most rain around here while January is typically the driest month. McCoy       Lake is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Copper Breaks State Park is a glorious local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Werley Inn; hiking is a popular thing to do around McCoy Lake; Copper Breaks State Park Trail is a good local trail. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to McCoy Lake, and through the night it cools down to the 70's.
