This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Mission Tejas State Park is a delightful spot to do that. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Mays Lake you'll probably meet some folks from Palestine, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Mission Tejas State Park Trail. A nice close by hotel is La Quinta Inn AND Suites Palestine, and       Elkhart Lake is a nearby lake that you could take a look at. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Mays Lake; Mount Hope Tract Trail is a fine local trail, and Mays Lake Dam is a striking spot, definitely worth going to. During the summertime months, highs typically are in the 90's at Mays Lake. Throughout the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 70's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Mays Lake are in the 30's.                  Whohoo, so much fun stuff in one place! Mays Lake is so good!
