Luther Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Visit Marys Creek since you're here at Luther Lake, and there is a perfect hiking trail close by called the Benbrook Lake Trail. Any time is a perfect time at Luther Lake if you go for the outdoors. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Z Boaz Golf Course, and nearby you discover the Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuge Trails which is a glorious hiking trail. is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Trinity River - Clear Fork. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Luther Lake has to offer, you can camp at Rollahome Park. The amount of rainfall that falls at
Luther Lake is close to the national average; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain; January is when it's the driest.
This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Luther Lake that you need to camp here
for a while, Sunset RV Park is a good spot for that, and going for a hike on the Crosstimbers Trail is always a splendid adventure. If you need a place to stay Courtyard By Marriott Dfw West-Lands End is a great choice, also Luther
Lake Dam is worth a visit if you're here.
There's whitewater on Trinity River - West Fork for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and while you're here you will meet lots of folks from close by Granbury.
