Lakes? Sure, Old River Lake is close at hand, and dry warm beds await you at Scottish Inns & Suites Liberty. This lake is so wonderful. Take a side spree to Beef Head Creek; some interesting geology is available here, Sevenmile Bend is right here. This is no place for people who don’t like to enjoy       themselves. Stay the night at Chain-o-lakes Resort, and there are perfect places to look at along the Big Thicket - Big Sandy Trail. There's so much to do here at Little Brushy Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lake Livingston State Park is a delightful location for that, and not far from Little Brushy Lake you'll discover Round Lake which is a pretty lake.
