Summertime at Lamar Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 70's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 50's; during the dark hours in the wintertime at Lamar Lake temperatures sink to the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors La Quinta Inn & Suites Paris is a good site to spend a night or two; there are plenty of folks from Paris here. Camping is available at Kelly's RV Park, and you're most likely into lakes, Howard Lake is one of those nearby. All the water falling down from the sky makes Lamar Lake a wet location; May is when you get the most rain here, and January is the month with the least moisture.
